Contact the clinicNo referral is needed. You can contact us directly to book a consultation for any of our services — medical or aesthetic. If your situation requires specialist input we don't have in-house, we'll advise you accordingly during that first visit.
Yes. All of our clinicians hold active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licenses and the clinic operates under full DHA facility approval. You can request to see any practitioner's license number at any time — we keep them on file at reception.
Your first visit is a 30-minute consultation with a clinician — not a sales pitch. We take a full medical history, discuss your concerns, and explain what options exist and what each involves. You leave with written information and no obligation to book anything on the day.
Yes. Several members of our clinical and reception team are Arabic-speaking. If you would like your consultation conducted in Arabic, please mention this when booking and we will arrange it. All written materials are also available in Arabic on request.
That's exactly what the initial consultation is for. You don't need to come in knowing what you want — you just need to know what's bothering you. We'll assess, explain the options, and give our honest clinical recommendation. We won't suggest a treatment we don't think is genuinely appropriate for you.
Yes, there is covered parking available within Dubai Healthcare City. We're also a short walk from the Creek Metro Station on the Green Line, and accessible by taxi and ride-sharing services. If you need specific directions to Building 64, our reception team is happy to help when you call.
We accept cash (AED), all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. We do not currently accept direct insurance billing, though we can provide itemised invoices for reimbursement claims through your insurer if needed.
Yes — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to another patient. You can call reception or send an email to hello@aestheticlounge.clinic. Late cancellations within 6 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a AED 150 fee.
